[Private Lesson]

The lesson consists of 30 minutes to 1 hour private lesson on weekly basis. You may consult within to commit more than once a week lesson.  For each lesson, there may be a 5-minute break for follow-ups.  For young beginners, 30 minutes lesson is recommended.

[12 Week Semester Enrollment]

The studio runs in four quarter semester per year with three-months per term renewable contracts.  This is an economical and educational way to achieve musical goals which involves more committment from students and parents.  At the end of the semester, both the teacher and the student have the option to renew or to terminate it based on the review for individual success in achievements and personal adaptation.

[4 Week Semester Enrollment]

Another way to receive private lessons is to go on monthly, per lesson basis. Payments are to be made before the new month begins to reserve your time for 4 or 5 lessons of upcoming semester depending on the number of weeks in a particular month.

[Adult Student]

Adult students over the age of 21 are accepted during the open terms only.  The full curriculum consists of 6 months semester with 20 to 23 lessons conclusively.

[Withdrawal]

For 12 Week Enrollment, you may withdraw during the current session within the first 4 lessons with 50% refund.  Once the withdrawl period is over, it will not be extended or refunded.

[Missed Lessons]

You must notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a lesson to be given a make up lesson.  For any sudden medical emergencies, a doctor's note must be presented to reschedule.  You may have up to 2 make up lessons per session.  If there is a legitimate excuse to be treated for a long term medical care, the current session will be on hold until the student resumes with the physician's explantory letter.  All make up lessons must be done within the current session.

[Termination]

The teacher reviews students for the eligibility to continue or to recommend termination.  Only when the teacher recommends termination, the student will receive a termination letter from the teacher; eitherwise, it is assumed that the student is eligible to continue.   You may also request for termination as it is a natural process to move onto a new subject of interest, relocate, or find a new teacher.  You must fill a termination form(included in the registration package or you may download it from the website) as a proper procedure to avoid any penalties.  Please refer to the termination form for more detail.

Tuition is to be paid before the beginning of the next semester to reserve your time and spot.
